Had a great experience for my first time visiting LPK Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Defiance. I had researched a Jeep Gladiator online and went to take a look. Austin Nelson was quick to help me, walk me through the trade in, and financing portions and I drove home a beautiful Sarge Green 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Both members of the finance and loan department were super helpful too. They were a bit of a drive from Holland OH but we’ll worth it!

My wife found a van she wanted while online. She contacted LPK and they went through most of her info over the phone and electronically. The van was not on the lot, so they transported it to the lot near end of day and made sure it was ready for her. Upon arrival Aaron and Justin where super friendly and helpful and got her into her new van within about 40 minutes and that's including the test drive! Great people, got us a good payment plan, and worked with us better than any of the bigger lots I have been to. I will come back when i am in the market for a new vehicle as well. Thanks Again Aaron and Justin!!

Work completed quickly and at a fair price. I was able to take care of everything via text message and email, although you can call if need be. I have a Jeep Wrangler that needed an exhaust and rear brakes. I also bring my Grand Cherokee here for oil changes.

A dealer that goes above and beyond!! We cannot say enough amazing things about how we felt with the service we received. Andy and Carrie are amazing and everyone from parts to service worked seamlessly to get us back on the road! We were traveling from Windsor-Essex Canada to Indiana and blew a tire- side wall and all. No spare/jack. We had a tow but not enough space for passengers. Carrie arranged everything, Andy picked us up and we had a set of tires going on as soon as we arrived. We were offered a snack, drinks and facilities. We are beyond grateful and would definitely recommend to anyone needing service in the area!!!

These guys have taken the time to work on my 2019 grand caravan flawlessly. After fighting a shake in my van for months from another tire shops neglect they had their own personal technician drive it an hour and back just to see what exactly was going on. They had it done the very next day and had me drive it just to be sure everything was good.

I rarely take the time to leave reviews but wanted to let people know about the excellent experience I had with LPK. I had been searching for the right Ram Rebel for months and I finally found one that had everything I was looking for at dealership about an hour away. Emailed the dealer asking for their “internet price quote”. They came back with add ons for financing and a trade and didn’t honor their own price. Disillusioned with that experience, I gave up for a few days. Then another vehicle popped up that met my needs. That’s where LPK came in. Sent a request to be contacted and Aaron replied back quickly and we talked on the phone. This could not have been easier. They honored their internet price (and then some) and we completed the deal in less than 10 minutes. And they delivered my car to me since I live a couple of hours away. Never even stepped foot into the dealership. Just that easy. Aaron, Justin and Angela were great. Call them. You won’t regret it.

This crew is so legit, we drove from Detroit, MI. Shout out to a Jacob S. For getting us taken care of within HOURS, after trying for DAYS to get our Gladiator. Shout out to Angela for making all of the finance paperwork incredibly easy to understand and all the laughs we shared in the process. Finally, shout out to the random sock on the floor meant to help chairs slide??? It really just made us all laugh a little harder. We had an emergent situation with our vehicle on a road trip, and ended up at LPK Friday shortly before closing. The entire staff was fantastic... specifically Suzie and Kari. They were able to diagnose the problem, and get us a rental vehicle to continue on to see our son for his first Father's Day. It was an incredibly stressful situation, and the LPK staff helped diffuse the situation and problem solve for us. They repaired our vehicle first thing Monday morning, and I was able to get my vehicle that day. I can't say enough good things about the dealership and staff!

Larry Gardner is first class in customer service. He makes the entire car buying experience less stressful by being a true partner in the process. He is very knowledgeable of the car market and evolving technology. He goes on test drives with his customers and explains everything. He walked me through the entire instrumentation system when most other salesman now don’t even ride along. (I find having to figure out all of a car’s functionality on my own very time consuming and burdensome.) Once I drove the vehicle home, Larry continued to help by answering any questions that popped up. He even performed additional research to ensure I had specific information needed to charge my hybrid plug-in (pre-owned Hyundai Tucson). For this I highly recommend Larry to you for your next car purchase.

On my way home from Detroit to Indianapolis, I had an incident where my jeep wrangler front caliper locked up. Fortunately the team at LPK was able to get me in, recommend a local tow company and I was back up and running in about 3 hours start to finish at a reasonable price. They were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and I'm grateful they were able to work me in - just in time to avoid a huge thunderstorm. I'd highly recommend LPK for your service needs.

I live 7 hours away from Defiance but found the exact vehicle I was looking for there. I called and spoke with Rob, one of their salesmen. I explained my situation, that I had a trade and was nervous about making a purchase site unseen. He walked me through everything, had me send pictures of my trade, had me describe it in detail, and he did the same with the vehicle I was purchasing. I was able to get an even better value for my truck than I would have locally due to market variability, and I got a great price on the vehicle I wanted. Everyone from the finance group to the sales managers that I talked to were very personable and did not push or pressure me at all throughout the process. Everything was done remotely and Rob even helped me out by meeting me on a Sunday to exchange vehicles! After the sale there was an issue with the CPO status being hung up in limbo due to a recall being issued while the paperwork was being transferred, a quick call to the dealership and Matt got to work correcting that. 24 hours later I had my CPO paperwork in hand!! Thank you again LPK for what is easily the most painless car purchase out of the dozen or so I have made!!

It was a crazy day! But Lupe and all the staff helped me out and put me in an excellent vehicle! I was in a pinch and was able to be approved, even when others turned me away! The staff has always gone above and beyond to ensure I leave with my vehicle in the best condition possible. Transparency and patience are highlights when addressing any paperwork and questions I have had regarding maintenance activity in the past. I have never had an issue scheduling an appointment in proximity to my desired time frame.

They examined a potential problem and recommend that no fix was needed. They could have replaced parts but found it not necessary. I would not have known and happily paid for an unessary repair.

Great experience! Sales staff were friendly, no pressure sales and good pricing on sale of car. I highly recommend them if you need a new or used car I will buy again from them. I drove 3 hrs from Michigan and it was well worth the drive!

I just purchased a vehicle from LPK of Defiance on Monday and the process from beginning to end was great. The first vehicle I test drove was not for me, but Lupe knew his vehicles well enough to suggest an exact SUV that I was looking for. They took the time to work with my loan officer to make sure I was able to leave with the vehicle that day. Everyone was very friendly and had a smile on their face. Lupe truly made the two hour drive to buy this vehicle worth it. Thank you LPK, now I have a vehicle I feel safe enough to drive my family in!

Great all around experience. Rob, Lupe and Kierstyn were all fantastic. No one Is pushy, they tell you what they can do and they're honest about it from the get go. Lupe is the GM, and he greeted me within a minute of me walking in the office with Rob. Not very often do you see a GM our greeting people! Great experience, I highly recommend!

We drove all the way from Dundee Mi. To buy a certain vehicle we seen online at this location. We met Joe at the door.
